Swale Borough Council Customer Access Strategy

Swale Borough Council is reviewing its Customer Access Strategy. and wants honest feedback about how people get in touch, to help understand what's working well and where there need to be improvements.

Every resident who completes the survey can enter into the free prize giveaway. Everyone who enters the giveaway will receive a 7-day Gym, Swim & Workout Classes membership at Swallows Leisure Centre or Sheppey Leisure Complex. Additionally, one lucky person will win a 1-year membership for Gym, Swim & Workout Classes.

Residents can take part by completing the online survey.
